1. Orders & Agreements

By placing an order with IndyInk Screen Printing, you agree to these terms. All orders are subject to approval and availability. IndyInk reserves the right to refuse any order.

2. Artwork & Design

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any artwork submitted. IndyInk is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork. A mockup will be provided for approval before production begins.

3. Payment

Payment is due before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and check. Rush fees may apply for expedited orders.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from approved mockup and payment. IndyInk is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, force majeure, or customer delays in approval.

5. Returns & Reprints

Custom printed goods are non-refundable. If there is a production error on our part, we will reprint the affected items at no charge. Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt and contact us at sales@indyink.com.

6. Print Variance

Screen printing involves slight color and placement variance. Industry standard allows up to a 1/2" tolerance on placement. Colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor calibration.
