Some logos belong stitched in. Hats, polos, quarter-zips, jackets, staff uniforms — embroidery adds a permanence and texture that printed ink can't match on structured garments. IndyInk has been doing custom embroidery in Denver since 2002, and we handle everything from logo digitization to final delivery.
Embroidery works best on garments with body — items that hold their shape and hold a stitch cleanly:
If you're not sure whether your project needs embroidery or screen printing, we'll tell you straight. Some designs are better printed. Some are clearly stitched. We'll look at your artwork and tell you which method makes your logo look the way you want it to look.
You send us your logo. We digitize it — that means converting your artwork into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine exactly where every needle goes, how dense the coverage should be, and which thread colors to use. Digitization is a real craft step; a poorly digitized file produces fuzzy edges and loose coverage even on a good machine.
Once the file is done, you get a digital mockup before anything gets stitched. You see the placement, the size, and the thread colors. You approve it or we adjust. Then we run the order.
Most orders are ready in 2–3 weeks. Pickup at either Denver location or we ship nationwide.
Embroidery pricing depends on stitch count — the complexity of your artwork — and quantity. Larger stitch counts mean more thread and more machine time. Higher quantities bring the per-piece price down. Minimum order is 12 pieces.
We don't hide pricing behind a wall of options. Get a quote and we'll send you a number for your specific logo, your specific garment, and your specific quantity.
IndyInk is a production partner, not an order form. We've embroidered caps for Denver breweries, polos for local restaurant groups, fleece jackets for school staff, and bags for corporate events. The people who take your order are the same people running the machines.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) produce the cleanest digitization results. We can work with high-resolution raster files (300 DPI or higher) when vector isn't available, but vector is always preferred.
Most embroidery orders are ready in 2–3 weeks from artwork approval. Rush turnaround may be available — ask when you get your quote.
Yes — hats are one of our most common embroidery projects. Structured caps, snapbacks, beanies, and dad hats all work well. We'll advise on placement and stitch count based on your specific style.
Screen printing uses ink on fabric — best for t-shirts, flat garments, and designs with large areas of color. Embroidery uses thread — best for structured garments like hats, polos, and jackets where you want a premium, permanent look. IndyInk does both, and we'll tell you which one fits your project.
