Order Process
You choose garment to print on or bring in your own garments.
Email or bring down your graphics and then place the order. To Place the order just call 720.937.9722 or come on down to 84 S. Broadway.
Once the order is approved and finalized it will be sent to print and ready within 2 weeks.

Pricing
INDYINK charges only for the printing there is no mark-up on apparel, screen or set up charges and in most cases no artwork fees as well. The prices are based on the total quantity of items, the # colors and placements in your design + the cost of the item you are printing on.

Price quotes are not guaranteed, A final price will be given from an INDYINK rep. and approved by you once the job is finalized before being sent to print.

Minimums
There is a 12 piece minimum for screenprinted t-shirts. We can do jobs from 1-11 but will charge $30 for screen/set-up fees for each color, $5 for each print and $10 for the garment. So a one color single shirt is $45...Two shirts single color print $60... so you can see that it is better to order multiple shirts.

Turn-around Time
Turn-around time is 2 weeks from the date the order is finalized. A due date will be set upon placement of order. Jobs need to be completed before 2 weeks will have a $50-$100 rush fee. We understand that you may not always have 2 weeks so please tell us the date you need your goods by and we will do everything possible to fill your order.

Spoilange
There is a 1% or 1 item spoilage per design on all orders.

Quality / Return Policies

We stand behind our work and will do everything possible to keep you as our valued client. Our #1 goal is to keep you happy, so feel safe that you will receive high quality printing by the time you need it!

Please keep in mind that screen-printing is a hand done process, and we can not make 100% perfect prints 100% of the time. We do take pride in our work and offer the following assurances.

You may choose a reprint, full refund* (INDYINK will own printed items*) or 1/2 off your order if one of the following should happen. We cannot offer the following assurances if the invoice was not signed by the customer at time of order!

• We printed something different then the files submitted on your garments.
• We printed your designs in the wrong location then specified in your order.
• We printed your designs in the wrong size then specified in your order.
• We printed your designs in the wrong color then specified in your order.
• We printed your designs on the wrong size items then listed on your order. (only on those item not the entire order)
• If your design should wash out more then 20% within the first month of wear.
• If colors are out of alignment more then 1/16th of an inch.
• If there are chunks, spots, or missing parts on the design larger then 1/16 of an inch square.
• The deisgn is more then an inch horizontally scewed / tilted from level (if level is specified in order).
• The deisgn is more then an inch off center (for center chest or center back prints only).

*If you have provided your own garments INDYINK will refund only the cost of the printing and will not keep the items or remburse the cost of the items.

We cannot offer a refund for any of the following reasons.

• There is a misspelling or missing part in your submitted artwork. We will not spell-check or change your artwork in anyway once your artwork is approved and finalized. Upon reviewing we will do our best to inform you of any corrections that may need to be made but once the order is finalized that is what will be sent to print. If we create the artwork for you make sure you double check for mistakes before you apporve.

• If you wanted something different then on the original approved invoice. If you tell us right chest print and approve the invoice that states the print goes on the right chest, we will not be able to help you if you really ment left chest, etc...

If you decide you no-longer want your order we will charge a 20% restocking fee, if notified before the shirts have been printed. If we have already printed the shirts you will be responsible for the cost of the shirts and we will own the printed items.

Payment

We require 1/2 payment up-front or a CC# to hold on to. If you place the order and we never here from you again, you will be charged for the cost of the shirts.

INDYINK accepts the following payment methods:

Credit or Debit Card - Visa, Master Card and American Express

Check - We will accept personal or business checks with proper identification.

Purchase Order - INDYINK offers payment via PO as a convenience exclusively for qualified institutions, such as universities, government entities, and large corporations with established PO systems.

How do I save my ARTWORK?

We will seperate and size your images free of charge! To insure the best possible print please send us high resolution files (300dpi) and save to the size that you would like them to appear on the shirt. We can resize your image, but it is often difficult to enlarge images so the bigger you can send them the better. The easiest way to find out the resolution of your image is to print it out. Most images taken from the internet are very low resolution and will not print well!

You can email your designs (under 20mb) or save them on a CD and mail it to us or simply bring it in. If you have drawn your design we can scan it in.

.tiff (300dpi)

If you save them as a .psd or .ai make sure you embed any fonts.

Where can you print on the shirts?

We can print anywhere you like on the shirts but you need to be aware of the following. If a print goes over a seam there will be an ink build up over the seam and sometimes some of the image next to the seam will not show up, so unless it does not matter to the design we would not recommend printing over seams. If the print continues off of the shirt, or we need to turn the shirt in-side out, etc... there will be an additional charges.

Image Size

Standard image size is 14” x 14” square. We can make screens what ever size you may need but anything large then 14” x 14” will have an additional screen charge. Keep in mind that a small shirt is a different size than a large shirt so make sure your image size will accomidate all the sizes in your order.
